The Create Centre is hosting a half term MetroBus exhibition in April. The exhibition runs from Monday 4 April to Wednesday 13 April and a children’s activity afternoon will be held on Wednesday 6 April. The half term activity afternoon is free. MetroBus contractors Balfour Beatty and Volker Laser will be hosting fun building activities for children.
The exhibition will include information more about MetroBus construction and the refurbishment of Ashton Avenue Swing Bridge. Old Photographs of the Grade 2 listed bridge from the Bristol Record Office collection will also be on show.
Exhibition dates: Monday 4 April to Wednesday 13 April
Activity afternoon: Wednesday 6 April, 2pm to 5pm
Create Centre opening times: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
After the activity afternoon, there will be an opportunity to meet with members of the construction teams who will be on hand to provide information and answer your questions/concerns regarding the construction of the busway and bridge refurbishment. This will run from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday 6 April.
